At the Peace Memorial Bandstand, Recreation Meadow, promoted by Stratford Town Trust.
The Stratford on Avon Bandstand stands in the heart of the bustling recreation ground just across the river from the beautiful and historic Royal Shakespeare Theatre and just a short stroll from the town. Surrounded by grass and old willows it is a lovely spot to enjoy a summer's afternoon listening to one of the many excellent bands while watching the boats, swans and people go by. Stratford Town Trust, a local charity, manages the bandstand and its programme of bands runs from May through to September. Pay and Display parking adjacent to the recreation ground. Bands in the Park are not directly responsible for the accuracy of the listings on this page.
